1. Recycled Polyester Staple Fiber (RPSF)

Soft, durable and versatile fibers produced by recycling waste PET Bottles. Available in solid, hollow and siliconised grades for textiles, bonded fabrics, cushions, automotive components and industrial felts. Controlled denier and cut length support even texture and steady blend behaviour.

2. Recycled PET Flakes

Washed, hot-cleaned flakes from clear as well as coloured post-consumer waste bottles. High clarity, low moisture and strict contaminant control create reliable feedstock for fiber, sheets, straps and packaging materials.

3. Recycled PET Chips (Non-Food Grade)

High-quality rPET chips produced from post-consumer PET flakes through precise extrusion and filtration. Designed for applications such as films, sheets, strapping, monofilaments and non-food packaging. These chips maintain strong intrinsic viscosity, consistent colour and stable melt flow, offering manufacturers a dependable, sustainable raw material for downstream conversion.

4. Bottle Grade High IV Granules

rPET Granules with elevated intrinsic viscosity engineered for bottle manufacture. Consistent polymer chains support strong melt strength, high transparency and mechanical durability. Designed for multiple reprocessing cycles with stable properties.

5. Recycled Film Grade

rPET Granules tailored for flexible films, laminates and thermoforming sheets. Smooth surface finish, strong drawability and clean melt flow enable stable processing on high-speed equipment.

6. Recycled Thermoforming Grade

Formulated for rPET containers, trays and blisters. rPET Granules provide high gloss, stiffness and clarity with a dependable forming response under controlled heat.

7. Recycled PET (Textile Grade)

Optimised viscosity and colour uniformity for filament yarn and extrusion. Used across apparel, upholstery and technical textiles where steady output defines quality.

8. Recycled Polyolefins Granules

A reliable range of recycled PP and PE granules for moulded parts, films and woven applications. Produced with tight separation and filtration to maintain mechanical strength and melt flow consistency.

9. rPET Black Masterbatch

High-dispersion black masterbatch based on rPET for deep colour saturation and UV stability. Compatible with fibers, sheets and moulded components that require rich tone and surface uniformity.

10. Yarn

Recycled polyester yarns spun from in-house fiber lines. Available in multiple counts and finishes for knitting, weaving and technical textile use. Balanced tenacity and dye uptake deliver quality comparable to virgin materials while advancing environmental goals.
