We are proud to recycle 150 tonnes PET bottles per day that could end up in the landfill, thus contributing significantly to the wellness of the environment. The company’s current production capacity stands at 94,256 TPA and it takes pride in maintaining Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD).

We have dedicated an entire division to research & development and have developed rPSF (solid, hollow and dyed fiber), anti-bacterial, hydrophilic, reinforcement, fire retardant, easy dyeable, easy dyeable cationic (acrylic feel), low melt, biodegradable, nylon 66/6, PP fibres and are developing various speciality fibres to meet our clients’ expectations in dynamic business.

Infrastructure Details

Company is spread over 13.51 acres of land with a built-up area of 54,673 sq. mts. The plant consists of raw material warehouses, wash lines section, spinning section, draw line section, densifiers, boiler section, dispatch section, quality control department, electrical department, store section, parking and administrative block as main sections.

We have ETP and R.O. plant for 100% recycling of processed water to maintain a Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD). Sufficient number of transport aids like cars, LCVs, tractors, fork lifts, bulls etc. have been procured by the company for routine handling of materials and goods. DG sets have been installed in the premises to provide 100% power backup to the plant for uninterrupted production and to ensure prompt deliveries.

This manufacturing facility has profound and ingrained existence in the recycled polyester fibre industry in India. Our company is renowned for producing a large variety of regular and special application Recycled Polyester Staple Fibres (rPSF) and rPET flakes of finest quality from PET Recycling. The rPSF so manufactured is also known as ‘Green Fiber’.

Mr. Santosh Kumar Singh holds a pivotal operational role within the Polytex unit of Pashupati Group. With a B.Sc. degree and a diploma in plastic processing and testing from CIPET, he draws from 19 years of valuable industrial experience. Having served in diverse capacities previously, he undertakes a central responsibility in overseeing the production operations of the rPSF unit, exemplifying his unwavering commitment to excellence and adept managerial skills.
