Through our own as well as associated waste collection centres, we collect, segregate and mechanically recycle post-consumer & post-industrial PET waste to make bottle flakes (An rPET material in primary form). Our capacity to make r-PET flakes will be doubled by early 2021, establishing us as India’s highest processing capacity for r-PET flakes. The group has acquired NOL for Food contact applications from FDA for use of rPETup to 100% level for selected conditions of use.
Our expertise is to address diverse packaging requests of customers, while implementing innovative ways to reduce their cost of packaging. A myriad product range with variables of size, colour, GSM and quality offers immense opportunities for companies to choose products that suit their specific needs and budgets.
“Speciality fibers” can be defined as those fibers that do NOT comply with single-mode and multimode communication fiber standards.
A well-established manufacturer of PET masterbatches, additives and compounds with installed production capacity of 1,800 tonnes per annum, specialising in the production of black PET masterbatches, virgin and recycled.
"This manufacturing unit is installed with the production capacity of 350 Metric Tons/month of FIBC's / Big Bags, container bags, PP Woven bags, BOPP bags and Polypropylene Multifilament Fully Drawn Yarn. This is a fully equipped Factory. from tapes to fabric to yarn to finishing a full testing lab facility. "
