Circular Economy – How we can help you achieve zero carbon footprint?

What is a circular economy?
As opposed to a traditional linear economy, businesses make it a point to keep resources in use for as long as possible instead of manufacturing a new product every time from scratch, using fresh raw materials, and disposing of it after use. This is something that the Pashupati visions have been highly particular about making our product-focused strategy a revolutionary one.
With our in-house processing plants, we collect, segregate, and chemically recycle post-consumer and post-industrial PET waste to make India’s highest processing capacity for PET bottles. We have India’s longest & highest capacity line at 6.5 tons/hour for PET bottle washing. Even consumer waste is processed to make PP/PE/LLD PE/ PVC. While reuse and plastic recycling are at work with full force, we have a few visions and facts to exhibit our constant work towards achieving zero carbon footprint in the coming decade.
We envision making zero waste generation by 2024. With Zero Liquid Discharge already achieved, 2022 will witness the Carbon Offset Plan in full force. While the waste has been constantly used to generate raw materials, the near future at Pashupati Group sees its efficient conversion into energy. With energy recovery technologies in action, the use of renewable sources of energy will be up to 30% by 2025.
Another very significant element to tackle while dealing with carbon footprint and sustainability is water. How? When water is used, it takes a lot of energy to pump, treat, & heat it. This means that saving water can reduce greenhouse gas emissions by multiple folds. All of us know how much water is wasted across industries with fast-paced consumerism taking over. We at Pashupati plan to increase the water recycling rate to an unthinkable 90% by 2025. From rainwater harvesting to consumer awareness, expect us to offer you complete support in the reduction of your footprint.
From bottles to fibers to yarns, PP/HDPE to woven fabric to Geotextiles, and clothing to the packaging industry, we make sure to introduce sustainable inputs in your cycle of production to ensure their maximum value extraction and contribution to a circular economy. With this collective goal to achieve in the face of the earth, we cannot wait to collaborate with more like-minded companies like yours to create a larger, stronger, and surely sustainable joint value at a global level.
