What are PP Woven fabric bags?
PP Woven fabric bags are strong and durable bags which are light and durable making them applicable for a variety of tasks. The PP woven bags are derived from PP woven fabric rolls. The said rolls are cut, shaped to make them usable and stitched into dedicated bags.
Why should you consider these PP woven fabric bags?
The USP of Polypropylene Woven Fabric bags are given below:
Water Resistant Materials
These bags are useful in carrying goods which are prone to get spoiled in coming in contact with water. Once the bag comes in contact with the water, items can get wet easily. The material can absorb moisture to keep items dry which in turn leads to protection from moisture damage. The breathable or waterproof properties can absorb moisture to reduce spoiled goods wastage.
Lightweight and Durable
The items already carry high weights. The use of heavy materials can act as a deterrent as it adds to the already heavy weights. They are easy to carry but the strength of the material remains. The lightweight yet strong bags can handle heavier loads while not adding weight to the ultimate gross weight. In addition, transportation becomes easier whereas the durability of the product is not compromised.
Tear resistant material
The probability of material tearing under heavy loads is high. It can result in item spillage frequently. The damaged goods can increase waste which can result in non-usage of the said material. PP Woven Fabric Manufacturer makes sure PP woven fabric due to its resistance to wear and tear. They are highly resistant to stress and cracking making them highly durable and dependable to handle loads easily.
The Production Process of PP Woven Fabrics Bags
The production process of PP woven Fabric Bags follows the following steps:
Weaving the Fabric
The warp tape is first pulled out from the bottom of each spindle row on the warp frame. Reach the designated cloth base by passing through the warp frame's porcelain hole, the first vertical plate, the pressing and feeding rollers, the guiding rollers, the magnetic hole, the tension rod, the round steel buckle, the warp fixing ring, and the second vertical plate.
Shuttles travel in a rotating motion when the circular looms begin to run. Weft and warp tapes are knitted into tubular woven polypropylene fabric in close coordination with the shuttle-pushing equipment and the warp tape-providing system.
Lamination
The process of compounding melted polypropylene and polyethene onto pp woven cloth is the same as that of coating and laminating. One or both sides of the woven PP cloth could be coated and laminated. Different resin ratios are used as laminating materials for various materials.
Cutting and Sewing
The woven bag cutting is divided into two which is heat cutting and cold cutting.
Heat Cutting: In order to prevent scattering, woven bags that have not been laminated should be cut with a high-temperature blade while the cut tapes are being ironed.
Cold Cutting: Cutting bags with a blade at room temperature is only appropriate for coated woven bags. Because cold cutting eliminates the need for heating blades, it uses less power.
Sewing
Originally made of cotton, the sewing thread is now polyester. The strength of the sealing would be impacted by variations in needle pitch and sewing thread thickness. The customer has the option of using either single or double stitching on the bags' bottoms.
Printing and Branding
Manufacturing of print designs, logos, or product information can be done directly onto the bags with the aid of screen printing methods. PP Woven bags can be customized to meet the branding & labeling business requirements.
Various Uses of Polypropylene Fabric Bags in Packaging
Agricultural and Food Products
Agricultural and food products extensively employ the usage of agricultural consumables like vegetables, fruits, and more. The bags are non-toxic eliminating the risk of food contamination. Moreover, the anti-seepage properties ensure that consumables like salt and sugar can’t pass through during transportation.
Daily Life Goods
The polypropylene fabric is frequently used to create temporary tents, sunshades, and travel bags. In one way or another, practically everyone utilizes PP woven bags nowadays, from transportation brokers to farmers and construction workers. The pet food you purchase, if you have one, typically comes in a PP or FIBC bag.
Geotechnical engineering
Roads, mines, ports, irrigation systems, buildings, railroads, and almost anything else are constructed using PP woven bags. PP fabric is the chosen geosynthetic in many civil engineering projects since these bags can carry out the necessary tasks needed during building projects, including filtering, isolating, draining, and more.
PP Woven Fabric bags have many different use cases which leads to their popularity. When looking for first-grade quality and a name you can trust. With a stronghold in diversified packaging and textile solutions, Pashupati Group is among the industry leaders in manufacturing PP fabric bags.
