P-Concrett™ From Pashupati Group, (Reinforcement Fibre for Concrete and Plaster Reinforcement)

    5/12/2023 12:32:00 PM

    Types and Benefits:

Small thread-like reinforcing components known as P-Concrett™ fibres have distinct physical, chemical and mechanical characteristics. The majority of them have flat or circular cross-section sections. Generally speaking, concrete fibres do not serve as structural reinforcements but can control plastic and drying shrinkage cracking. However, fibres can improve a variety of concrete’s physical, mechanical and durability capabilities depending on their type and characteristics.

Pashupati Group have below types of P-Concrett™ Fibre:

    1. Polypropylene Micro Monofilament Fibre.
    2. Polypropylene Fibrillated Fibre.
    3. Polypropylene Macro Embossed Fibre.
    4. Polypropylene Macro Waved Fibre.
    5. Polypropylene Twisted Fibre.
    6. Polyester Micro Monofilament Fibre.

    Polypropylene Micro Monofilament Fibre

Polypropylene Monofilament Fibre for concrete reinforcement complies with Standard Specification for Fibre Reinforced Concrete and Shotcrete and is specifically designed to help mitigate the formation of shrinkage cracking in concrete. Typically used at a dosage rate of 0.9 kg/m3, it has been shown to greatly reduce shrinkage cracking by as much as 81% when compared to plain concrete.

Features: Excellent final surface finishing, Control of plastic shrinkage cracks, the imposed load is negligible, imposed loads are taken into account, Uniform texture is offered, Higher Tensile Strength because of greater Aspect Ratio.

Applications/Uses: Mortar, Plastering, Carnivals, Precast Walls, Thermal Plants, Nuclear Plants, Loss Circulation Fluid, Paver Blocks, PQC Roads and Precast Elements

    Fiber Material: 100% Virgin Polypropylene

    Polypropylene Fibrillated Fibre

Polypropylene Fibrillated Fibre for concrete reinforcement that complies with Standard Specifications for Fibre Reinforced Concrete and Shotcrete, and is specifically designed to help mitigate the formation of shrinkage cracking in concrete. Typically used at a dosage of 0.9 kg/m3, it has been shown to greatly reduce shrinkage cracking by as much as 83% when compared to plain concrete.

Features: Homogenous Matrix Distribution, Control of plastic shrinkage and dry shrinkage cracks.

Applications/Uses: Footings and Foundations, Piers and Abutments, White Topping, Thin section slabs, Water tanks, Solid or Halo blocks, Soil Stabilization, Loss Circulation Fluid, Highways (PQC).

    Fibre Material:100% Virgin Polypropylene

    Polypropylene Macro Embossed Fibre

Polypropylene Macro Embossed Fibre is an Embossed Macro Fibre for concrete reinforcement that complies with standard specifications for Fibre Reinforced Concrete. Specifically, this Embossed Macro Fibre is designed to infuse the Concrete with high-added levels of Energy Absorption, Toughness, and Durability & to increase the Post Cracking Residual Strength of the Concrete. Also helps to mitigate the formation of shrinkage cracking in concrete. Typically used at a dosage rate of 4 Kg/m³.

    Fibre Material: 100% Virgin Polypropylene

Features: Easy anchoring, fewer rebound wastages, 3D reinforcement, eliminates complete steel reinforcements or welded wire mesh, controls and mitigates plastic shrinkage cracks & thermal cracks.

Application/Uses: Thin concrete structures, precast concrete, PQC road, parking areas and driveway. mining workshop flooring, mezzanine deck slabs, airport runways, industrial flooring, warehouse flooring, shotcrete, tunnel shotcrete, slope stabilization and rock supports.

    Polypropylene Macro Waved Fibre

Polypropylene Macro Waved Fibre is a Waved Macro Fibre for concrete reinforcement that complies with Standard Specifications for Fibre Reinforced Concrete and Shotcrete and is specifically designed to help mitigate the formation of shrinkage cracking in concrete. Typically used at a dosage rate of 4 kg/m3. It has been shown to greatly reduce shrinkage cracking by as much as 85% compared to plain concrete.

    Fibre Material: 100% Virgin Polypropylene

Features: Waved form factor for adhesion, Excellent Tensile Strength, Uniform distribution, Easy Anchoring, Wire Mesh replacement and easy to use.

Applications/Uses: Shotcrete, Tunnels, Slope stabilization, Rock support, Pit slope angle, Swimming pools and Industrial Floorings

    Polypropylene Twisted Fibre

Polypropylene Twisted Fibre is a Synthetic Twisted Fibre, which yields High-Performance Concrete Reinforcement that complies with Standard Specification for Fibre Reinforced Concrete. This heavy-duty fibre offers long-term durability, structural stability and effective temperature/shrinkage crack control. Typically used at a dosage rate of 4 kg/m3

    Fibre Material: 100% Virgin Polypropylene

Features: Withstand higher static loads and moving loads on slabs, avoids cracks at re-entrant corners of the slab, Avoids De-lamination of floors, and Avoids Shrinkage cracks on slabs.

Applications/Uses: Industrial floorings, Warehouse floorings, Mining workshop floorings and PQC Roads.

    Polyester Micro Monofilament Fibre

Polyester Micro Monofilament Fibre is a Monofilament Triangular Fibre for concrete reinforcement that complies with Standard Specification for Fibre Reinforced Concrete and Shotcrete and is specifically designed to help mitigate the formation of shrinkage cracking in concrete. Typically used at a dosage rate of 0.9 kg/m3, it has been shown to greatly reduce shrinkage cracking by as much as 82% when compared to plain concrete.

Features: High resistance to heat, Excellent surface finishing, the imposed load is negligible, imposed loads are taken into account.

Applications/Uses: Mortar, Plastering, Carnivals, Precast Walls, Thermal Plants, Rubber Plants, Nuclear Plants, Loss Circulation Fluid, Steel plants, Chimneys, Infra Projects Ex: Airports / Sea Ports.

    Fibre Material: 100% Virgin Polyester

    Benefits of reinforced Concrete

    • Fibre-reinforced concrete has more tensile strength when compared to non-reinforced concrete.
    • It increases the concrete’s durability.
    • It reduces crack growth and increases impact strength.
    • Fibre-reinforced concrete improves resistance against freezing and thawing.
    • Reinforcing concrete with fibre increases fatigue strength.
